Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order. Once shipped, please allow USPS 1-5 Business days for your order to arrive. If you do not receive your order by then, feel free to contact us at support@cladermusa.com
If you live outside of the U.S. and would love to buy our products, feel free to drop us a message at support@cladermusa.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Refunds / Returns Policy
We are sorry our products didn't meet your expectations. Claderm USA will accept all refunds, returns or replacement requests if the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery. If you want to return a product, the customer pays the shipping cost back. The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please note that refund will not include the outward shipping fee and a restocking fee. 10USD will be deducted to the final amount you will be refunded for.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items can qualify for a refund, exchange or store credit. All sale items are final sale. Please note sale items are priced by us, they do not include promo codes used by the customer.
Gifts:
If you're lucky enough to receive a gift from someone but you're not satisfied with the product you may return the unused or gently used product(s) to us for a store gift card. Please reach out to support@cladermusa.com we will be happy to assist you. Additionally, our team members will be glad to help you find a Claderm USA product that better suits your needs. We will cover postage costs as well! Returned items need to be in their original packaging. Any item that is returned damaged or incomplete will not be qualify for a store gift card.
FAQ
I made a mistake when ordering online, can I exchange the product?
If you make an error when ordering online, please contact us at support@cladermusa.com and we will gladly exchange your Claderm USA item for the one you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original sellable condition. You are responsible for the Delivery and postage charges.
How long does it take to process a return?
Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution
What if I receive the wrong product or my product is damaged?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at support@cladermusa.com and we will ship your intended purchase at no additional cost.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage. If damage occurred to your product in transit, please contact support@cladermusa.com To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
